A full service intended to provide data centre specific technical engineering expertise in order to evaluate data centre sites for clients or potential investors.
The Future-tech consulting team have the experience and expertise to deliver world class data centre specific technical due diligence based upon multiple decades of direct data centre industry involvement.
Beyond immediate technical site evaluation, specific strategic and tactical advice can be provided based on a client’s requirements or expectations taking into account a site’s installed or planned engineering infrastructure.
This service offers a clear technical understanding of a particular site’s engineering infrastructure, condition and capabilities. Additionally the suitability for a particular client’s requirements will be taken into account and any technical issues, risks or opportunities will be highlighted.
Deliverables
Individual consultants will utilise decades of data centre specific experience to complete site surveys using Future-tech’s in house data centre consultants augmented by specialist external resources and toolsets as required.
The result will be a detailed engineering report assessing the site infrastructure capabilities, capacities and condition noting any functional or operational issues that would be a cause for concern for an operator or investor. Commentary will also be given on the suitability of a particular site against a client’s stated objectives and requirements. This will be based on the consultant’s experience of providing both strategic and tactical advice to data centre clients over a period of many years.
